Florida office building occupied by 24-7 Intouch sold to Texas investor

North Orlando property is one of three 24-7 Intouch facilities being marketed for sale

PHOENIX, AZ – The Galloway Building, located at 850 E. Altamonte Drive in Altamonte Springs, Florida, sold to a private investor. Fully occupied by 24-7 Intouch, this is one of three buildings that are being marketed for sale throughout the country leased by the global contact management outsourcing company.

“This property is situated in a dynamic north Orlando suburb and offers impressive stability with 24-7 Intouch as a long-term tenant,” says Mindy Korth, executive vice president with Colliers in Arizona.

Korth and JK Jackson with Colliers in Arizona handled the sale transaction, with assistance from Joe Rossi with Colliers in Orlando. The private investor of Irving, Texas purchased the Galloway Building from 850 East Altamonte LP of Manitoba, Canada.

Constructed in 1976, the Galloway Building was substantially remodeled in 2016 and 2017 when 24-7 Intouch moved in. The property contains 98,204 square feet of office space in a seven-story structure that is situated on 8.79 acres of land. 24-7 Intouch occupied the building since January 2016.

The Galloway Building is located within a 30 minute commute for more than 1.38 million people. In addition to being close to two major freeways, the building is a short distance from a SunRail train station.
